Accepted Payment Methods

Payment Authorisation
Payment is charged when the order is submitted at checkout.
An order cannot be completed if the selected payment method is declined or cannot be authorised.
If payment fails, please check the payment information or select another payment method displayed at checkout.
Payment Fees
Latch & Pane does not add a separate payment-processing fee to an order.
The total amount payable is displayed before the customer completes checkout.
Order Confirmation
After an order is submitted, an automated confirmation email is sent to the email address entered at checkout.
The automated email confirms that we have received the order. The order is accepted after payment has been successfully authorised and the order enters processing.
Payment and Order Security
Orders can be reviewed when payment details, delivery information or order activity require verification.
If additional information is needed to process an order safely, we will contact the customer using the contact details provided with the order.
We will not ask customers to send a complete payment-card number by email or through the contact form.
Payment Information
Complete payment-card details are processed by secure payment service providers and are not stored directly by Latch & Pane.

Discount Codes
A valid discount code can be entered at checkout.
Discount codes are subject to their stated conditions and cannot be applied after an order has been completed unless required by the terms of the promotion.
Gift Cards
Latch & Pane does not currently issue or accept store gift cards.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
